The Gusau Institute boasts two state-of-the-art buildings.   The Conference Centre has the following:

• Two conference halls seating 100 people each
• Two seminar rooms seating 30 people each
• Two boardrooms seating 16 people each
• Exhibition hall
• Office suite
• Cafeteria

  The GI Administration building has the following:

• Offices
• Aliyu Mohammed Research Library and Archives
• Legacy Computer Institute

The GI complex also has two on-site chalets for visiting scholars.
