The Gusau Institute boasts two state-of-the-art buildings.
The Conference Centre has the following:
- Two conference halls seating 100 people each
- Two seminar rooms seating 30 people each
- Two boardrooms seating 16 people each
- Exhibition hall
- Office suite
- Cafeteria
The GI Administration building has the following:
- Offices
- Aliyu Mohammed Research Library and Archives
- Legacy Computer Institute
The GI complex also has two on-site chalets for visiting scholars.
